• Provide service to customers or solve their queries on calls.
• Assist callers with inquiries, complaints, or problems.
• Stay updated on ongoing deals and promotions and guide callers accordingly
• Speak with customers, listen to them and gain a better understanding of their needs, and offer possible solutions using their best possible knowledge of Company’s Services and Policies
• Respond to customer reviews and quires on digital media, based on pre-established guidelines
• Responsible for timely replying to Google reviews and identifying any review/comment that requires action.
