We are currently looking for a dedicated Functional Specialist – ERP to join our global team based in Karachi. This full-time position focuses on Oracle Fusion Financial and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, involving implementation, support, and continuous improvement aligned with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Oracle Fusion Financial and SCM support and enhancement projects to ensure smooth daily operations. Analyze and optimize business processes to reduce manual efforts and resolve issues within Financial and SCM modules. Manage full-cycle implementations and support activities for modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, eSourcing, iSupplier Portal, and Supplier Qualification. Utilize expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, SCM, and tools like FRS, FBDI, WebADI, and OTBI to design solutions, conduct testing, troubleshoot problems, and provide post go-live support. Collaborate closely with the Finance team to map and redesign business processes, applying standardized implementation methodologies and developing report specifications. Validate Oracle Fusion configurations and data setups to ensure accuracy and compliance. Oversee integration between Oracle systems and other platforms. Conduct system audits and perform administration tasks. Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, resolving or escalating issues promptly while handling sensitive information with discretion. Demonstrate a proactive, ownership-driven approach to problem-solving, combining patience and persistence to address technical challenges.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Financial and Supply Chain modules is essential. Candidates should have hands-on experience with at least two full cycles of Oracle Fusion implementation and support projects. Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials and SCM modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, eSourcing, iSupplier Portal, and Supplier Qualification, is required. Proficiency with Oracle tools such as FRS, FBDI, WebADI, and OTBI is necessary. The ability to identify business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion functionalities is critical. Candidates must be skilled in system design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and post go-live support. Excellent communication skills are required to engage effectively with business stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset are essential. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
