  • The candidate must be a fresh graduate, with sound academic knowledge of HRM functions and practices.
  • Prior internship experience is a plus This is a paid internship and might lead to job if performance matches the required criteria.
  • Screening the CVs as directed and making primary arrangements for interview.
  • Carrying out proper documentation of employees.
  • Updating the data in HRIS.
  • Participate in organizing company events.
  • Helping with on-boarding the performance management system.
  • Coordinate in implementing training and development process.
