- We are looking for confident, well spoken, and talented individuals to answer phone calls for our US based clients.
- Our office is located in Gulberg, Lahore
- Respond to the needs of customers and provide personalized service.
- Provide information on the company's products or services and generate interest in the offer.
- Schedule appointments
- Follow up calls
- Outbound calls
Main Duties:
- Handling inbound calls, customer bookings, reservations, and inquiries.
- Managing travel and journey related issues of our customers via a realtime dispatch and tracking system.
- Achieve and maintain all performance, productivity, and quality targets set by the management.
Essential Requirements:
- Strong command over Spoken-English (British Accent Preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literate with good keyboard skills.
- Call center and/or customer service experience.
- Must be able to work unsociable hours/shifts.
- Punctuality, discipline, and integrity.
