Future Linkers requires energetic and career oriented offshore customer support executives for its inbound operations. Handling customers via Inbound Calls and Email Correspondence are the major tasks. Needs to execute business requirements and trend analysis for client and customer satisfaction and profit capability. Job includes Pure Customer Service Operations for our international clients. We are hiring resources for Evening/Night shifts.

  • Selected candidates will be required to assist our international clients on email and phone.
  • All applicants must possess exceptional writing skills, fluency in spoken English, computer literacy, phone etiquette, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • O' and A' Level students or Business majors preferred.
  • Experience not required; however, preference will be given to applicants with prior international call center experience.

  • Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
