We are seeking energetic, dedicated candidates with excellent Chinese language communication skills and a friendly telephone manner to assist customers and take orders over the telephone.


  • Excellent communication and comprehension skills –  Written and Spoken (Chinese & English)
  • Customer Service and/or Call Centre experience preferable but not a requisite
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Flexible – Ready to work night hours and weekends
  • Pleasant & Vibrant Personality
  • A Stickler

What you will do:

  • Pay attention to Details
  • Follow the script
  • Handling of queries and complaints
  • Recommend courses
  • Accurate capturing of info i.e. name, address, credit card info etc.
