Job Description

Purpose of the job:  Assist the Marketing team with day to day tasks, weekly and long term tasks, and ad hoc requests as they arise.

 

Essential duties and responsibilities:

·         Analyze on a weekly basis our Details Present on Social Media websites against the Info we hold

·         Create C&C audit reports – compiled on a weekly basis during C&C audit timeline.

·         Work with ISPs on Acquisitions, Whitespace, and Relocations.

·         Generate Apple Maps Links for Stores as they arise

·         Assist with current and ad hoc Operations projects.

·         Compile store hours for all AT&T Stores and manage Excel spreadsheet

·         Crawl Google Listings to ensure correctness of information – store hours, phone numbers, photos, etc. – for all locations

·         Work with Marketing Manager to provide bi-weekly reporting on Google Ratings & Reviews

·         Create Facebook Location Pages and Google Listings for Whitespaces – as needed

·         Assist with one-off Marketing projects – flyers, PowerPoints, etc.

 

Skills required: 

  • Good decision-making skills, problem-solving and well developed analytical skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, prominently Excel.
  • Must be familiar with popular social media platforms, such as: Facebook and Google/Google My Business.
  • Ability to prioritize a heavy workload and remain organized.
  • Aptitude to conduct research and analyze information gathered.
  • Capable to meet strict deadlines and effectively adapt to changing deadlines and priorities. 
  • Complete designated assignments with little to no supervision.
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of operation management and project management a plus.
  • Be able to communicate clearly with third party vendors such as ISPs and Asset Panda.
  •  Understanding of basic IT related terms a plus.
  • Experience in Adobe Photoshop/Graphic Design a HUGE plus.

 

Education:  Bachelor  Degree

Experience:  2 – 3 years of knowledge of administrative/marketing/IT related work.
