Role And Responsibilities Of Finance/Treasury Analyst.

  • Should have in-depth knowledge of work processes and tools within own domain.
  • Applies expertise to solve standard and non-standard problems within own domain.
  • Receive assignments in the form of objectives and determine how to use resources to meet schedules and goals
  • Assisting client service team in client specific projects.
  • Be able to utilize, integrate and synthesize findings from a variety of research methods including secondary data analysis, communication audits, existing client research, online and in-person group discussions.
  • Go beyond simple reporting of findings to connect to the clients’ objectives and strategic initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to create and utilize a variety of data visualization tools including info graphics, charts, graphs, etc. to effectively and succinctly communicate results.
  • Be a great presenter of findings to clients & PM, via either web-ex or in-person.
  • Maintaining & Analyzing Historical data as per Needs & Wants of Management
  • Define and develop new reporting and requirements
  • Identify and leverage the data reports/facts that are already being produced in the environment
  • Analyst should report with accuracy and accountability and meet deadlines.
  • Analyst should be clear and professional while communicating with teamother dept. should avoid unusual behaviorprocess which cause concern among team members.
  • Analyst should attend Daily, Weekly and Monthly internal and client meetings and should document it to Project Manager
  • Analyst is responsible to keep all the information confidential and should not share with other Team Members as well as client without written permission from PM.
  • It’s obligatory for Analyst to copy PM in every email sent.
  • Must be dependable.
  • Should perform additional tasks assigned regardless of domain.
  • Physical Demands And Work Environment
  • Extensive sitting at several occasions may be required and should be flexible in timings

Preferred Skills

Ability to quickly learn the Help Desk business operation and apply knowledge of own area of functional responsibility.
