Future Programming is looking for a candidate for the position of Human Resource (HR) Executive and Admin. An executive with 2-years of experience, preferably in a software house.
Responsibilities
Reviewing resumes and applications
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Work with company CEO strategy plan
Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems they may have.
HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
Manage office supplies stock and place orders Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
Meet deadlines and manage work under high hiring pressures
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives
Manage daily administrative tasks.
Assist in All HR & Admin related all activities
Perform any other task as assigned by the Management.
Ability to convince and negotiate with candidates in a professional manner
Candidates should have a pleasant personality with Bachelors's/Master's Degree preferably in Human resources.
Proven working experience as HR Manager or HR Executive
Have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Admin work
A team player with excellent communication skills
Able to assist in all HR & Admin related activities
Having good knowledge of HR functions
Good administrative skills
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work

Proficient in MS Office
Responsible for the implementation of HR Policies, Staff Recruitment, Performance Evaluation, Maintaining Employees Personal files, and all HR-related responsibilities.
A very focused person with strong networking in most groups.
The candidate should have a strong grip on the latest tools and techniques used for hiring and headhunting including LinkedIn.
