Job Description

Future Programming is looking for a candidate for the position of Human Resource (HR) Executive and Admin. An executive with 2-years of experience, preferably in a software house.


  • The Selected candidate will be responsible for recruitment
  • Reviewing resumes and applications

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process

  • Work with company CEO strategy plan

  • Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems they may have.

  • HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets

  • Meet deadlines and manage work under high hiring pressures

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives

  • Manage daily administrative tasks.

  • Assist in All HR & Admin related all activities

  • Perform any other task as assigned by the Management.

  • Ability to convince and negotiate with candidates in a professional manner 


  • Candidates should have a pleasant personality with Bachelors's/Master's Degree preferably in Human resources.

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or HR Executive

  • Have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Admin work

  • A team player with excellent communication skills

  • Able to assist in all HR & Admin related activities

  • Having good knowledge of HR functions

  • Good administrative skills

  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Responsible for the implementation of HR Policies, Staff Recruitment, Performance Evaluation, Maintaining Employees Personal files, and all HR-related responsibilities.

  • A very focused person with strong networking in most groups.

  • The candidate should have a strong grip on the latest tools and techniques used for hiring and headhunting including LinkedIn.
