- Minimum 3 years proven experience of working in education consultancy is mandatory.
- Proven experience of USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe, China & Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan especially from MBBS perspective) regarding study abroad procedures would be an added advantage.
- Counsel students regarding course and program selection and career pathways, application process and information.
- Work collaboratively with management and students to promote a cross-curricular approach to career development
- Should track all on-going Cases.
- Should verify all documents are complete and properly sorted before sharing with project manager.
- Should conduct team demonstration twice a week from information and counseling perspective.
- Online Data base should be updated stage wise and updated information should be available.
- Team management on daily basis for assigned task especially when Top management is not there.
- In spare time should do universities/countries validation for further sharing with Business development team. (Should assign this task to other team members as well).
- Should have formal communication skills.
- Update Operations & PM on new, ongoing and closed cases on daily basis.
- Daily update Operations, BDM Manager & PM on overall progress.
- Should provide requested information by management on priority.
- Should support counseling team in absence of respective team members.
