WEB Designer, Meta Ads Designer and Handler

The successful candidate will be responsible for combining creative web design skills with targeted advertising management to elevate our online presence and engage our audience. They will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that website visuals and ad campaigns align with FUTURESIGNs brand guidelines and strategic goals. This role demands strong attention to detail, a willingness to adapt to the latest digital tools, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. Although this position does not include team management responsibilities, it offers a valuable opportunity to develop expertise in both design and digital advertising in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Design and develop visually appealing, user-friendly websites using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Implement responsive design techniques to ensure the website functions smoothly across various devices and screen sizes.
Create and manage Meta ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Facebook Business Suite, targeting relevant audiences to maximize engagement and conversions.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop concepts, graphics, and layouts that fulfill client and company objectives.
Monitor and analyze the performance of ad campaigns and website design effectiveness, using insights to improve and optimize future work.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, digital marketing tools, and advertising best practices to continuously enhance campaign quality.
Ensure all creative assets follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent aesthetic throughout web and advertising platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website functionality and advertisement delivery to maintain high-quality user experience.
Support the marketing team by generating reports on ad performance and user engagement for strategy review.
Continuously seek feedback and refine designs and advertising strategies to drive improved results.
