G-Byte Techno is an IT firm that provides diverse software & Hardware solutions not only to medium and large corporate clients across Pakistan but to the end users too. We are looking for capable and motivated sales managers with experience in selling software & Hardware to join our Business Development team. Applicants with experience in selling Diverse Software solutions will be preferred. However, fresh Graduates having Degrees in Marketing, Computer Science or IT are also encouraged to apply.
Ideal candidates must possess the knowledge of Microsoft Solutions such as Office 365, Windows 10, Windows Server etc. and Adobe Solutions software.
The main purpose of this job is to promote information technology sector, specifically in selling software solutions to corporate clients and managing their accounts. Candidates should have strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
1. Responsibilities also include explaining and educating customers & Clients on G-Byte Techno’s products and services and value proposition proactively drive sales and business growth by engaging with companies to sign on clients and grow business volume.
2. Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems and processes.
3. Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing software, hardware systems and peripherals
4. Proactively serve client needs and market additional products and solutions based on client needs.
5. To Provide hands-on, customized on boarding of clients.
6. Checking inventory to ensure orders are in stock.
7. Advice customers on technical matters and recommends appropriate computer configurations.
8. Solicit information about computer needs from customers.
9. Negotiate price for the sale.
10. Provide technical support after merchandise be purchased.
11. Construct sales pitches and presentations.
12. Negotiate a commercial agreement.
13. Help customers maximize the use of software features.
14. Advise on appropriate user training.
15. Travel to areas where needs are projected.
16. Stay abreast of market trends.
17. Assist with the company helpline.
18. Serve as a customer service rep for customers who have questions or difficulties.
19. Recognize the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the technical specifications of the computer software offered by the company
20. Develop and maintain strong customer relations.
· Prior business development and sales experience in a B2B information technology sector is an asset.
· Comfort and familiarity with enterprise software, Office Solutions, Microsoft Windows, Adobe Solutions, Cloud Solutions, End Point Secuirty, Cyber Security, VPN Solutions, IoT (Internet of a Thing), AI (Artificial Intelligence) Date Recovery & Backup Solutions. Must have a knowledge of Routers, Switches, Servers, and PoE (Power over Ethernet) Surveillance Cameras etc.
· Must have a Graduate Degree from any HEC recognize University of Pakistan or Abroad.
· Willingness to do customer visits and run customer training sessions.
· High degree of motivation and willingness of achieving extraordinary and get the job done.
· Strong sense of ownership, dedication, punctuality and responsibility.
· Strong people capabilities and willingness to develop relationships.
