Job Responsibilities

  • Manage a large number of outbound and inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform both outbound and inbound calls as well as other communications such as emails, fax & letters to engage clients, increase sales and develop strong relationships with our client base.
  • Email to clients with perfect conversion content.
  • Propose product offers, promotions, to clients to generate sales.
  • Enter leads & opportunities and track/update prospects in Database (CRM).
  • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
  • Support Sales Manager in executing strategic plans to improve overall company’s revenue and margins
  • Ability to generate sales opportunities (B2B) for yourself and our Private Enterprise Group
  • Achieve daily KPIs
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with proven ability to speak with high level executives
  • Meet and/or exceed sales targets (annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

 

The telephone Sales associates will be working for North American Market. The staff will be working directly for the Overseas Corporation selling the in-house products.

The associates will be utilizing telephone calls, emails, faxes, and other electronic media to establish long-term relationships with potential leads and customers including maintenance of sales portfolios based on territories and market segments

The sales person should be able to perform the following tasks:

  • Cold/Warm Calling
  • Email Prospecting
  • Account Management
  • Updating CRM
  • Leads Research
  • Market Analysis

Note : Office Timing: 4 PM – 1 AM, Monday – Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)Must have Own Transportation
