In a Nutshell:
- In this role, your responsibilities would involve implementing agile practices for product teams in order to deliver quality output based on defined timelines.
Once you are here, you will:
- Plan and own sprints of product teams
- Coordinate with team members and resolve any impediments in their work
- Coordinate with concerned stakeholders to finalize upcoming sprints including dependency resolution and story creation
- Manager product backlog and sprints on Jira and other tools
- Follow-up with team members on work progress and make sure Jira and other boards are up to date
- Execute and own all Scrum events
- Maintain risk analysis and mitigation register
Relevant Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or commerce
- 4 years of hands-on experience in a related field
- Good verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of software development and systems integration
