• Preparing monthly financial statements;
  • Accounts payable management including verification, allocation, posting, reconciliation and payment;
  • Managing the process of affiliate commission on monthly basis;
  • Making collections from the payment processors and customers, where applicable;
  • Assisting in the disbursement of payroll by preparing salaries payable through cheques and cash;
  • Preparing prepayments schedule;
  • Preparing bank and payment processors reconciliation statements on monthly basis;
  • Submission of withholding taxes on salaries and other payments;
  • Adhere to the budget of expenses set by the management and timely report on changes required to the forecast;
  • Keeping records of the insurance policies;
  • Keeping records of the assets of the company in use by employees awarded as part of employment contracts;
  • Keeping accounting records sufficient to support every material transaction;
  • Reconciling petty cash accounts on weekly basis and on the last working day of every month;
  • Communicating with bankers and payment processors for resolution of day to day and other issues;
  • Adhoc reporting to the management;
  • Support month-end and year-end closing process;
  • Appropriation of the profit/loss earned on the investment of funds of provident fund trust;
  • Processing final settlement of salary and funds held in provident fund trust;
  • Periodic reporting to the members of the provident fund trust;
  • Bring improvements to the process of financial reporting to bring efficiency;
  • Answering to the support tickets created on *********
