Responsibilities and Duties:
- Drive project to identify key levers for new user growth, retention, and revenue.
- Leverage data to understand the product, identify opportunities, and execute initiatives to drive growth and engagement.
- Build and maintain all the steps in user behavior and present opportunities to optimize step by step conversions
- Build models that enhance our understanding of user behavior and predict future performance
- Design experiments, and assist others on the growth team in designing experiments and interpreting results to draw detailed and actionable conclusions
- Communicate learnings, opportunities and KPI’s with the rest of the organization in a way that is simple and accessible.
Qualifications:
Education level: Bachelor’s / Master's degree in quantitative field (or equivalent training & experience)
Experience: 1.5 - 2.5 years in a data-intensive role. Experience building out data pipelines from new and raw data sources.Specific skills: Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and Angular, Js or Python.
- Good knowledge of experimentation and statistical methods (distribution analysis, factor analysis, classification, clustering, etc.)
- Strong communication skills with a consistent record of collaborating across a wide variety of teams and disciplines.
