We are looking for an exceptional and ambitious individual to join our mobile apps marketing team. He will be responsible for sizeable and aggressively growing mobile app download and re-engagement programs. Located in our Karachi office and reporting to the director marketing, this role will be responsible for driving the strategic vision and tactical execution of mobile app marketing programs. He will be responsible for providing leadership on effective mobile app marketing strategies, key performance indicators, campaign revenue, expanding existing app download campaigns, implementing new app re-engagement campaigns and sourcing, pitching and driving the strategic results of new mobile marketing campaigns. In addition, this role requires strong emphasis on deep-dive marketing analytics and ability to thrive in cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute high-quality, high-scale mobile app marketing and re-engagement programs
  • Develop and execute an acquisition strategy to drive efficient mobile app customer acquisition
  • Contribute to and advise mobile team on app store optimization
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, creative, marketing) to implement and scale successful campaigns
  • Build internal mobile marketing team
  • Develop and monitor metrics, and provide regular reporting to management as well as deep-dive analytics to uncover strategic insights and action plans
  • Develop yearly business plan and budget for mobile app marketing
  • Conduct formal A/B testing to optimize campaigns

Desired Skills and Experience

  • A results-oriented, mobile app marketing expert who thrives on identifying and executing business opportunities
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, emphasis on Marketing or Business with relevant work experience in online marketing, mobile app advertising, and marketing analytics
  • Experience managing and optimizing mobile app campaigns with Google and other vendors
  • Experience in online marketing disciplines with a strong emphasis in ROI driven performance marketing
  • Should be self-motivated and able to work effectively in an autonomous environment, proactive and persistent
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with strong organizational skills and attention to detailing.
