The Commercial Executive will be responsible for onboarding merchants from restaurant industry which mainly include High end, Mid range and value driven brand. Furthermore, Executive will be responsible for acquiring Ecommerce sites, instore restaurants and Cloud kitchens offering food assortment of restaurant industry. The role involves developing and relationships with Food category merchants in order to increase accessibility and affordability for our users and have a wide assortment of brands available on the platform. The Commercial Executive will work closely with regional commercial lead and category head to ensure compliance of the periodic targets. The incumbent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed brand directory as per assigned territory, designed to attain predetermined goals
  • On boarding restaurants on our Platforms and creating a heat map of the prospective restaurants proximity in the region and devise a strategy accordingly.
  • Coordinating with the Restaurants and cloud kitchens relevant Companies for on boarding
  • Identifying prospective Ecommerce platforms which are a right fit for Savyour and plan on boarding.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
  • Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
  • Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
  • Arrange all required documents for onboarding and ensure all items are carefully handed over to relevant department.

 Relevant Experience:

  • 1+ years prior experience in a Sales/Key Accounts Management/Business Development
  • Must have good contacts in restaurants and cloud kitchen industry.
  • Ability to communicate and convey key messages by phone, email and face-to-face
  • Personal resilience, with the ability to self-motivate
  • A proven track record in sales, including developing new business
  • Experience of working to targets and deadlines
  • Must have a self-transport facility for daily visits/meetings.
  • Strong negotiation skills, shall be good at story-telling.
  • Proactive with high energy/positive attitude.
