Looking for a community marketing expert to deliver exceptional content across multiple social channels to help increase both brand’s awareness & impressions in the prospective user segment, maximising the opportunity that rapid evolution in social trends present. Must have on hand experience of Community marketing and must be aware of all community guidelines. For exp: Reddit, Quora, Twitter, Discord and etc

Responsibilities:

  •      Create and publish relatable, engaging content across multiple social media channels while adhering to the community guidelines
  •      Bring all the security products to life creatively and deal with customer issues
  •      Partner with the social team on the strategy, planning, and execution of our content calendar
  •      Media planning, copywriting, content creation and management and track their efficacy
  •       Leverage data to optimize and create the most compelling customer comms
  •       Design and execute influencer marketing plans that are tied to a campaign or product launches
  •       Collaborate with product, brand and design team to deliver goals
  •      Alerting our customer service team of any technical issues or concerns noted on social media
  •      Supporting customer service team with relaying notices and updates of technical issues
  •      Effectively moderate chat systems and create an inclusive, engaged and a brand loyal community
  •      Growing our social following through various strategies
  •      Engaging in online conversations with prospective and existing clients about our topics in our industry, products, and brand.
  •      Creating branded content to support marketing and customer service needs
  •      Representing our brand at events and trade shows when needed

General Requirements:

  •      BS/MS/ in Communications or MBA Marketing
  •      Fluency in English Speaking

Specific Requirements:

  •      5+ years working experience in Marketing with minimum 2 years experience in social media marketing or as a Community Specialist
  •      Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  •      Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  •      Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
  •      Adequate knowledge of SEO is a must 
  •      Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
