- Respond to customer queries by understanding the problem based on Product Knowledge
- Assist customers’ by checking order details on Savyour Web Portal(s)
- Ensure each customer’s query is answered on-time and quality
- Escalate customer complaints cross-functionally and ensure timely resolutions
- Provide written daily reports and insights of assigned tasks and targets to Supervisor
- Enable Customer Happiness through stellar service
