Once you are here you will be  involved in:

  1. Management of mobile and desktop apps marketing for a cybersecurity product
  2. Managing and improving the performance of apps on app stores
  3. Improving the ratings of apps of review sites and app stores
  4. Managing app analytics
  5. Reputation management for the said apps
  6. Improving key metrics like downloads and engagement
  7. Establish, implement and measure the effectiveness of mobile app paid advertisement to drive downloads, engagement and monetization of a mobile app.
  8. Demonstrate the ability to work at the planning level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth via paid and owned channels) and at the tactical level (management and execution of advertisement campaigns, creation and optimization of campaigns, analysis of traffic data and problem-solving).
  9. Oversee and continue to improve tracking, attribution, and overall data access to analyze key metrics including cost to acquire, quality of the traffic by source, and return on investment/ad-spent.
  10. Build, develop and manage relationship with suppliers, agencies and multiple top mobile ad networks (e.g. Google, Apple).
  11. Provide complete performance reporting and analysis on all mobile/desktop apps marketing campaigns and take relevant action on insights gained.
  12. Collaborate closely with technical, business, and support teams to manage simultaneous time-sensitive projects.

Relevant Experience: 

Skills Required:

  1. Knowledge and at least one year experience in App Store Optimization
  2. Experience with online reputation management (ORM)
  3. Experience with Appsflyer, Firebase, Mixpanel and/or similar attribution and analytic tools
  4. Demonstrated ability to create innovative new marketing programs and/or partnerships that generate results (paid and owned).
  5. Strong analytical skills; bias toward decision making based on data, and high proficiency with Excel and using it to configure, analyze, and present data.
  6. Tenacity and sense of urgency; ability to make things happen quickly with large, less nimble partners and/or teams.
  7. Superior verbal and written communications skills with extreme attention to detail.
  8. Proven relevant work experience in paid mobile app marketing, desktop app marketing, digital marketing, app store optimization, and display & search marketing.
  9. Proven track record of delivering customer acquisition growth and optimization across key metrics.
  10. Previous experience managing online advertising and display campaigns, preferably third party app advertising campaigns with mobile ad networks and publishers such as Facebook, Google, etc.

Knowledge/Skills required:

  1. Excellent knowledge of link-building tactics (forums, guest posts and others)
  2. Must be extremely efficient in carrying out tasks without delay
  3. App audit in all aspects from its reviews to its representation on the store to its performance, engagement and experience.
  4. Thorough keyword research for apps marketing (organic and paid)
  5. Experience with Influencer marketing 
  6. Experience with publications and partnerships
  7. Proficient with AdWords
  8. Proficient with Hotjar
  9. Proficient with Google Analytics
  10. Proficient with analytical and attribution tools like Firebase, Google Analytics and Mixpanel along with others


  1. Thorough on-page and conversion analysis of website/blog
  2. Thorough on-page and  conversion analysis of competitors
  3. Quality link-building tactics (forums, guest posts and others)
  4. Website Audit with respect to scroll rate, retention, CTR and conversion rates
  5. Thorough keyword researches
  6. Working on the site’s WordPress 
  7. Reaching out for guest posts, publications and partnerships
  8. Working on Ahrefs for analysis
  9.  Working on Adwords for analysis
  10. Working on Hotjar for CRO and on-page
