Duties and responsibilities
- Use spreadsheets to gather and record financial information
- Assist Accounts Executives by providing information and data as requested.
- Complete administrative tasks, such as filling out paperwork and filing records.
- Compile data in excel to prepare the sales, purchases and Inventory Reports.
- Analyze data to ensure completeness and accuracy as well as to identify errors and omissions.
- Prepare Sales Invoices on excel.
- Reconciliation of data between different sources.
- Maintain Records of Sales Data.
- Maintain Records of Purchases Data.
- Maintain Records of Inventory Data.
- Maintain Records of Logistics Data.
Qualifications
Education
- ACCA / ICMAP.
Experience: Fresh Graduates.
Skills
- Communication and interpersonal Skills.
- Numerical Skills.
- Excel Skills.
