In a Nutshell:

Gaditek is looking for a Front Desk Officer to join our Administration team and work alongside as a front face of our People Operations and Talent Acquisition teams. You’ll have the rare opportunity to collaborate with leaders across the organization by providing exceptional services to our employees and the people we work with.

Once you are here, you will:

• Greet and welcome guests, new hires and candidates as soon as they arrive at the office.

• Execution of all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards including candidates’ accommodation and new hires’ office tour.

• Direct visitors to the appropriate person, room and office by maintaining employee and department directories.

• Monitor interview schedules daily with coordination of the Talent Acquisition team.

• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls to the desired extension.

• Issue forms to employees with the coordination of HR Ops Team.

• Collect filled forms from employees while maintaining compliance and submit in HR.

• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. forms, pens, etc.)

• Assisting HR Ops in preparing & distributing necessary documents & letters.

• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.

Relevant Experience:

• You have at least 2 years’ experience in the relevant field.

• Your approach is customer-focused.

• You are comfortable with pressure handling.

• You’re a confident and persuasive communicator.

• You are proficient in MS Office.
