In a Nutshell:
As a trainee marketing, you will be inducted into Cloudways Marketing Academy program. We're headhunting people who are passionate about learning, have a growth mindset, and will commit to staying with us long-term after the training period.
Cloudways Marketing Academy Overview
This will be a strenuous six to seven weeks long training program. You will be guided, you will be directed, and you will be expected to learn new things at a fast pace. Those who excel in the program after the end of those six to seven weeks will be given a chance to work full-time at Gaditek to help solve challenging real-world problems.
How will the program run?
If you are selected for this program, you will be put through six-to-seven weeks-long in-house training. This will be a super-charged training program, where you will be expected to learn many new things on your own in a short span of time. During the training program, you may be required to work alone or in groups towards specific goals. Assignments throughout the six-to-seven weeks of training will be used to judge your progress and learning aptitude.
At the end of this initial training, an exhaustive interview program will filter out the people we need. If you are the person we are looking for, you will be selected for the main academy program.
As you pass through different layers of the training program, you will be allowed a taste of production by exposing you to specific customers and their specific real-world issues

- Strong verbal and written English communication
- Strong desire to learn new things on your own
- Previous experience in a customer-focused role, if available, is a plus.
- A knack for learning and explore technical concepts and things.

Bond Signing
Cloudways Marketing Academy Program is a one-of-a-kind training program in the entire industry. Our graduates are required to sign a 2-year bond for working with Gaditek.
