In a Nutshell:Gaditek is searching for an experienced Product Owner who can continuously improve Customer Experience and internal processes through defining and delivering new features and incremental changes.

Once you are here you will:

  • Take ownership of the implementation and maintenance of the shared (with other Product Managers/Owners) product lines/features. e.g. Brute force, APM.
  • Take complete ownership of assigned product lines/features i.e. from ideation to success criteria and continuous improvement. E.g. Referral program.
  • Create and Lead a team of Product owners for the assigned Portfolio (sub Product lines)
  • Own (Groom and prioritize) the backlog. Translate picked features/EPICs to user stories/documents/acceptance criteria and mock flows for execution via Engineering sprints/OKRs
  • Serve as the Process and Asset owner of critical core cross-departmental processes (e.g Abuse) and internal products/assets (e.g CSD)
  • Ensure timely delivery of OKRs for both internal releases (internal assets/processes) and product releases.
  • Own Product heartbeat KPIs in alignment with the Engineering team.
  • Closely work with the “Customer success” team to evolve the definition of “Ideal Customer Profile” and their “definition of success”. Help reduce “time to value/success” with help of Customer success.
  • Ensure documentation of all critical user/workflows and core processes.
  • Own the cross-departmental launch check-list.
  • Ensure alignment between PlatformOps and Engineering and own “Platform-issues” KPIs.
  • Own the design guidelines for Platform and ensure it’s adherence and consistency. Own Platform UI/UX.
  • Represent “Customer” to the Engineering team.
  • Closely work with Agile Manager and Engineering leads to continuously assess the adoption of the right Agile methodology and team structure.

Relevant Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience, +5 years of experience with Product Management
  • Education: Min Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Energy and Execution
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Technical acumen
  • Constructive and Critical thinker with Analytical mindset
  • Team player
  • Experience with SaaS is a plus.
  • Can think big and small.
