Education Level :Relevant BS degree (e.g Computer Science or Engineering) or equivalent with programming experience
Experience.
- A hands-on person, ready to take the challenge for the need of time; Been there done that at least 3 years or more.
- Knowledge of software and system architectures; Design patterns knowledge is highly appreciated.
- And the least bit, as we know change is the only constant in this world, having a nag of writing clean software is a must.
Specific skills.
- As our product is living with us for over a decade, we have seen the shift from object paradigm to functional paradigm; hence you must be equipped with the same.
- Our day in and day out is on Windows, hence its knowledge is required.
- For the tools, we think you must know .NET, C#. Interest in cross-platform technologies would be a plus.
- Should have the ability to debug code
- Our work culture is pretty much Agile -- knowing how agility works would be a definite help.
