GADITEK is in search of a resourceful Team Lead HR who can partner with us and support the HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.

You will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping us plan and administer important functions, such as staffing, HR Ops and compensation, and benefits.

Team Lead HR is important in ensuring smooth basic operations of the HR department, allowing us to reliably scale our efforts in attracting, serving, growing and managing the talent we have acquired.

Role & Responsibilities 

Once you are here, you will:

  • Prepare payroll.
  • Attendance management.
  • Employee branding.
  • People analytics.  
  • Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate a smooth new hire onboarding process, and coordinate with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional full-cycle recruitment process.
  • Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations.
  • Participate in the development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements.
  • Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs.
  • Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve the efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, and to improve the employee experience.

  • Plan HR budgeting with the help of finance.
  • Work parallel to business growth and allow the business to expand.
  • Participate in the development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements.
  • Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs.
  • Work on people analytics to understand future and current trends.

Relevant Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience working in an HR department.
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
  • Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
  • Strong data analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technology systems as needed.
