- Gaditek is looking for a Team Lead Performance Marketing for SavYour.
- As a Team Lead Performance Marketing, the candidate will be responsible for acquiring and converting users for one of the fastest-growing mobile apps in Pakistan.
- You must be an analytical mind, who can take charge of the ongoing advertising campaigns and make a difference through expertise and creative ideas.
Once you are here, you will:
- Work closely and collaboratively with internal creative, brand, and internal marketing teams to develop and execute integrated creative ideas, plans, and strategies.
- Plan, budget and execute acquisition campaigns to grow userbase on a weekly basis
- Collaborate with the Campaign Team to plan, budget and execute calendar campaigns
- Collaborate with the Growth Team to plan, budget and execute retargeting and retention campaigns
- Analyze data and present actionable insights for other teams
- Introduce and drive adoption of new media platforms, technologies, and measurement solutions
- Continuously developing new ideas, and testing them, to identify best practices.

Relevant Experience:
- 5+ years of proven experience in buying media to acquire customers via Google & Facebook campaigns
- Experience in App Acquisition & Programmatic will be a plus
