Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory.
  • Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures.
  • Inspect the levels of supplies and material to identify shortages.
  • Monitor daily deliveries to reconcile inventory.
  • Analyze data to anticipate future needs.
  • Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc.
  • Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
  • Counter-checking of receiving.
  • Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
  • Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
  • Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
  • Ensure that the warehouse operates are at peak efficiency with customer satisfaction the primary goal by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring and managing operational goals.
  • Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory and gate processes.
  • Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.
  • Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity and customer service.

Relevant Experience:

  • Must be MBA from a reputable university with 3-4 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Experience of 3-4 years
