We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our USA-based company. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of QuickBooks and be proficient in managing USA company accounts and payrolls, while being familiar with USA company accounts laws and regulations. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, ensuring compliance with USA accounting laws and regulations, managing payrolls, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work independently, meet deadlines, and contribute to the overall financial success of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial aspects of the company, including managing general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with USA accounting laws and regulations, including GAAP, tax laws, and other relevant regulations.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Manage and process payrolls in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including tax withholdings, benefits deductions, and reporting.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide accurate and timely financial information to management.
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting, providing insights and recommendations for strategic financial planning and decision-making.
- Stay updated with changes in USA accounting laws and regulations, and assess their impact on the company's financial operations.
