Haq Foods is seeking a motivated Sales Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in the FMCG market, specifically within the Faisalabad region, with a solid understanding of food products. This role demands a proactive individual who can manage territory responsibilities, generate leads, and effectively negotiate sales to drive business growth. The Sales Officer will operate on a commission-based salary structure and should have reliable personal conveyance to navigate the market efficiently. This position requires a self-driven professional who excels in client relationship management and territory development without managing a team. The Sales Officer plays a crucial role in expanding the companys footprint in the FMCG sector by executing sales strategies, building strong customer networks, and maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads within the assigned territory by researching and understanding market trends and customer needs.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Conduct sales negotiations effectively to close deals and maximize the company's revenue.
- Manage and optimize territory activities to ensure maximum coverage and efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor competitors activities and provide valuable market feedback to help shape product offerings and sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver reports on sales performance, market conditions, and sales forecasts to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate promotional activities and align sales strategies with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and adhere to ethical sales practices at all times.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, industry developments, and best sales practices in the FMCG and food product sector.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory relevant to territory management.
