CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER - CONTRACTOR (Work from home)

THE ROLE

 We are currently seeking an adaptable and enthusiastic individual for an immediate start to join our Pakistani team as an Independent Contractor to offer services for up to 40 hours per week to provide assistance to other locally based contractors. The successful applicant will speak and write Urdu fluently, as well as have a high level of oral and written English skills. This role involves work from home full time and the successful applicant will be required to have own 24/7 computer access as well as reliable internet connection facilities.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Contacting registered mystery shoppers/brand and compliance auditors in Pakistan to allocate evaluations according to each client service standards and guidelines.
  • Quality checking through online reports
  • Following up and confirming with shoppers and auditors if reported information is accurate and correct
  • Escalating any market related and quality related issues to appropriate management
  • Ensuring shopper/auditor email enquiries are responded to and resolved effectively
  • Continually providing feedback to shoppers/auditors as required.
  • Introducing new registered shoppers/auditors to GBW and ensuring they are provided information and training to fulfil their duty
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in Urdu and English
  • Excellent phone manners
  • Efficient computer skills, in particular Microsoft Suite & Internet
  • Effective problem solving skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines, and meet set targets
  • A hard working and dedicated approach
  • Prior customer service experience
  • 24/7 computer access and reliable internet connection facilities.
