Job Description

  • Organize and maintain employee records.
  • Update internal HR databases.
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance.
  • Answer employee queries about HR-related issues.
  • Provide payroll processing backup support. Partner with finance to maintain the payroll database.
  • Look after the health, safety and welfare of all employees.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
