Gastro Hospitality Pvt. Ltd is hiring for its flagship restaurant in DHA Phase 6, Karachi.
We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Shift Restaurant Manager who is passionate about hospitality. The FOH Shift manager will actively take part in service providing exceptional guest experience, and also manage the front of house. The successful Candidate will work closely with the Team, on the floor, to consistently provide exceptional guest service experience and quality products.
Duties included and not limited to:
- Supporting the Restaurant’s vision and act as the link between Management and FOH team
- Have an extensive knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, and help make recommendations to the guest
- Participate in opening/closings of dining, ensure overall room ambience, cleanliness, appropriate setting, and presentation
- Create a positive and outstanding guest experience through interaction, and resolve food and beverage quality and service complaints at the earliest and first point of customer contact
- Managing the floor to ensure the fluidity of business and “touch tables” to maximize guest experience
- Acting as a role model by demonstrating strong leadership
- Create and Maintain the highest level of hygiene and cleanliness
- Scheduling Staff
- Train Staff
- Coordinate with kitchen to achieve optimum guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 1year experience in Front of the House Management.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Proficient with MS Office, and familiar with POS systems.
- Passionate to learn about food and beverage in order to make recommendations and take orders
- Must be a team player, and the ability to understand and follow directions from others
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal & written
- Have open availability, including AM/PM on weekdays, weekends and holidays: Reliable transportation to and from work.
