We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Gatekeeper to oversee vehicle entries and exits at our Gujranwala facility. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records, verifying documentation, and ensuring that all security protocols are strictly followed at the gate. This position demands close collaboration with security personnel and warehouse management to facilitate smooth logistics operations while upholding safety and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately record and update all vehicle entries and exits in the Gate Register and ERP system.
- Verify inbound and outbound documents including delivery challans, invoices, GRNs, seal numbers, and gate passes to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure that every vehicle is properly stamped, time-marked, and documented upon entry and exit.
- Maintain real-time logs of gate activities and prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
- Vigilantly monitor the gate area to prevent unauthorized access and promptly address any safety or security concerns.
- Coordinate with security staff to manage access permissions for visitors, contractors, and employees.
- Enforce adherence to FEFO (First Expiry First Out), product handling protocols, and hygiene standards during loading and unloading operations.
- Immediately report any delays, discrepancies, or documentation issues to the Warehouse Manager for timely resolution.
- Keep organized archives of all gate-related documents in both hard copy and digital formats.
- Provide comprehensive gate movement data and documentation support during internal and external audits.
Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate education is mandatory; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in FMCG warehousing, logistics gate operations, or dispatch handling.
- Familiarity with gate management, transport coordination, and vehicle documentation processes is highly advantageous.
