Job Summary: Evercare Hospital Lahore is an emerging 270 bedded multi-specialty facility located near Wapda Town, Lahore, Pakistan. The hospital will be commencing operations in Q4 2018, and is the part of an international healthcare group whose mission is to provide quality healthcare to the aspiring middle classes in Pakistan, through investment in hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
We are seeking Manager Marketing who will be responsible for planning, evaluating, implementing and continuously improving all aspects of marketing functions and processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develops, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
· Develop and implement result oriented & target audience specific marketing programs; i.e., incorporating brand values to the campaign elements for better positioning, content development, promotional and media mix planning, event management, web & social media marketing, media and PR, marketing analytics and campaign evaluation, etc.
· Develop and implement integrated marketing communication programs.
· Identifies target market and conduct marketing activities accordingly for all HOSPITAL services.
· Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization.
· Conducts market research to determine market requirements for existing and future needs.
· Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects.
· Determines and execute appropriate marketing strategies for the hospital in accordance with the financial and operational targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
· Master’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field (Specialization in Marketing).
· Minimum 8 years post qualification experience, 3 years working in a managerial capacity in a well reputed institution. (Preferable Healthcare setup)
· Proficient in MS Office and “back-office” software (e.g. ERP)
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills
· Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
· Integrity and confidentiality
