- To keep updated information regarding rules, regulations, and curricula etc. which are approved by the University Authorities and regulatory bodies from time to time
- To assist the Registrar in making internal (within the University) and external correspondence (which includes correspondence with the accrediting and regulatory authorities like HEC, HED, PHEC, PCP, PCATP, PBC PM&DC, PEC, Ministries, Departments etc.)
- To ensure the nomination(s) of members on statutory bodies are made timely as per the Charter
- To ensure constitution of BoF and other Committees and get them notified
- To provide leadership in the absence of the Registrar
- To monitor the human and technological resources that support the daily operations of the Registrar’s Office in consultation with the Registrar
- To assist the Registrar in making notifications regarding different nominations, and implementation of decisions made by the University Authorities
- To collect data and prepare official reports as and when required
- To assist the Registrar in conduct of the Convocation and other official events
- Any other task(s) as assigned by the Registrar
