• Research and collect data from hospital financial reports & public records
• Read and extract key data points from audit documents
• Qualify and validate data before entry into our system
• Organize information accurately into predefined fields and categories
• Flag inconsistencies or missing information for review
• Meet daily data targets with high accuracy
What We're Looking For:
• Strong attention to detail — this is non-negotiable
• Good reading & comprehension skills (in the english language)
• Basic research experience (academic or professional)
• Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Background in Business, Finance, Accounting, or any related field preferred
