Global Clinical Cura is hiring a Molecular Biologist who will be responsible to test, troubleshoot, and train staff in the PCR and clinical diagnostics of COVID-19.
The company is importing medical devices from reputed foreign principals and installing them at various well-reputed laboratories and hospitals.
As Molecular Biologist, Your Responsibilities Will Include
- To research new diagnostics products, and identify the cost-effective and efficient products in-accordance with Market sales requirements.
- To work in collaboration with a number of key stakeholders involved in Molecular Diagnostics i.e. lab staff, quality control officers etc.
- To ensure that all protocols and standards for COVID-19 Bio-Control Lab Work are implemented, from the isolation to diagnosis and ensuring that the highest quality standards are maintained.
- To monitor the molecular diagnostics processes regarding quality parameters.
- To ensure that basic lab work techniques are followed to avoid contamination.
- Comply with the rules set by the FDA and WHO and ensure that all the FDA guidelines are duly abide.
The Molecular Biologist position is well-suited for you if you
- Fulfills requests for documentation as a priority.
- Knows molecular diagnostics and COVID-19 testing.
- Uses standardized lab equipment to conduct experimental procedures and run tests.
- Understands what methodologies and analysis techniques are best.
- Understand requirements for compliance to the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan, Medical Devices Certifications, Food and Drug Administration.
- Tests and monitors product quality with third parties and communicates to ensure standards are met.
- Have ability to comprehend and follow references, manuals, and guides related to work, received from foreign principals.
- Have ability to analyze the kits and suggest problem’s solutions.
- Have Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Qualified Candidates Will Have
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Molecular Biology/Microbiology/Biotechnology/Applied Biosciences/MLT
- Preferably 0-3 years’ experience in Medical Diagnostics. Experience working in a wet lab environment outside of a classroom is strongly preferred.
- Have acquaintance of Molecular lab work
- Understanding of quality, operation and troubleshooting of lab equipment Problem.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & PowerPoint).
- Able to work across cultural dimensions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Personal conveyance for intra-city traveling.
