Develop failure management and technical recovery procedures to hasten Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) systems fault recovery processes.
- Implement improved maintenance regimes to enhance the reliability of AFC systems.
- Manage AFC system performance in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Use new measures to ensure the Rapid Transit System (RTS) Codes of Practice are followed.
- Work with authorities to operate and maintainAFC technologies.
- Responsible to implement and maintain all SOP’s.
- Close Coordination with the customer and follow-up with Maintanence Team.
- All daily operations should be in compliance with SLA agreed with customer, ensure no violation of SLA.
- Ensuring Necessary documentation are provided for monthly SLA invoice file
- Comply with Company’s rules and policies.
- Track and resolve Incident/Complaint management
- Asset management and inventory planning of hardware related to BRTS project.
- Responsible for server maintenance, event management and backup schedule.
- Ensuring AFC revenue and other information delivery form all stations of Green Line & Orange Line BRTS.
