The person should possess strong communication skills, impressive leadership, the energy and motivation and to play a key role in a dynamic, growing technology-based company.
The said person should have at least a bachelors degree and at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a call center. Experience with as a phone banking officer will be a plus.
