Education: Graduating from the Industrial Department of Engineering Faculties or from the Business Administration and Economics Faculties of Universities

Experience: Having at least 5 years of managerial work experience with knowledge of Human Resources processes (recruitment processes, performance, wage management, career planning, employee satisfaction measurement, execution of training processes, etc.)

  • Able to actively use Microsoft Office programs
  • Proficient in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) applications
  • Analyzing, business planning and reporting skills
  • Analytical thinking, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Actively able to drive
  • Experienced in team management / dispatch and administration, prone to teamwork
  • Have knowledge of ISO Quality Standards
  • Advanced level of English (preferably at least C1 level) proficiency in reading, writing and speaking
