Leading customer meetings to deliver project updates.
As PMO head responsible for managing multiple projects for the organization, each with varying priority, timelines and resource requirements
Developing project mandate and reports for monitoring.
Responsible for ensuring projects are delivered in-time, within budget and with high quality.
Developing processes for improving project management
