Education: Bachelors or Masters Degree / PMP Certified
Experience: 5+ years of experience with IT project management experience.
- Management related tasks for projects.
- Leading customer meetings to deliver project updates.
- As PMO head responsible for managing multiple projects for the organization, each with varying priority, timelines and resource requirements
- Developing project mandate and reports for monitoring.
- Responsible for ensuring projects are delivered in-time, within budget and with high quality.
- Developing processes for improving project management
- Manages and maintains the catalogue description of existing services offered by customers.
- Customize and implement appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Manage the relationship with the client and all project stakeholders
- Manages the negotiation process of SLAs agreement.
