1. To meet quarterly and Annual Revenue and Profitability objectives
2. To ensure account coverage of the respective Regions & bring in new accounts
3. To ensure and manage account receivables. And collections as per the commitment to the finance.
4. To ensure extensive support to project management for in time project completion
5. To ensure proper costing, PMR, commercial compliance, proposals and submittals.
6. Ensure a constant learning process to enhance personal and team technical knowledge of products that GCS sells.
7. To ensure timely recoveries, of receivables as per PMRs and maintain steady cash flows.
8. To achieve sales target as per assign sales targets.
9. Responsible for timely recovery of receivables, securities etc.
10. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Customers at multiple tiers, as well as relationships with Principals.
11. Interact with other departments in the organization to ensure the proper handling of customer requirements.
12. Attend regular internal sales meetings to review performance and manage expectation.
13. Regular inter-department interaction with other functions involved in smooth operations of sales and other departments.
14. Manage pipe line effectively and provide feedback (and data) for Sales Forecasts.
15. Ensure that physical record of business is maintained in the form of account specific contracts, agreements, POs, invoices etc. in each account.
16. Ensure timely post transaction invoicing to customers, and if necessary, liaison with Finance, Supply Chain or other department to reduce days to invoice.
