Good Knowledge of Lan, Wan, Routers and Switches, Servers, VOIP, NVR, IP Phones

Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
To help set up systems or resolve issues.
Replace parts as required.
First line support for all desktop and laptop users
Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
Priorities and manage many open cases at one time.
Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and clients
Test and evaluate new technologies
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
Repair and recover from hardware or software failures
Routine server maintenance and monitoring
Installation and configuration of cameras, IP phones and biometric devices.
