Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical team in the design, implementation, and deployment of projects.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Manage the technical resources of the company, including hardware, software, and personnel.
- Develop and maintain technical standards and guidelines to ensure that all projects are delivered consistently and to a high standard.
- Ensure that all technical designs are compliant with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Conduct technical evaluations of potential projects to assess feasibility and potential technical risks.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the technical team.
- Provide technical leadership to the team and mentor team members to develop their technical skills.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and assess their potential impact on the company and its projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
- At least 8 years of experience in a technical leadership role in a system integrator company / IT industry in a multi-vendor environment.
- Strong technical knowledge in system integration, software development, and networking.
- Excellent project management skills and experience in managing large-scale projects.
- Proven ability to lead a technical team and mentor team members to develop their technical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to system integration and software development.
- Must possess valid Professional Level Certifications in the field of networking by vendors (such as Cisco / Huawei).
- Must possess working knowledge of Network Security including edge devices.
