  • IDENTIFY AND ASSESS CUSTOMERS NEED TO ACHEIVE SATISFACTION.
  • RESOLVE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS VERBAL & NON VERBAL.
  • MANAGE LARGE AMOUNT OF NCOMING CALLS
  • RESOLVE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PROBLEMS BY CLEARIFYING THE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS, DETERMINING THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM.SELECTING & EXPLAINING THE BEST SOLUTION TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM.

Job Specification:

  • Should Read, Speak and Write Excellent English
  • Should have excellent command over English grammar, spellings and sentence structure.
  • Preferably 1 year experience in verbal/non-verbal customer support.
  • Have excellent computer typing skills.
  • Be enthusiastic and quick learner
  • Possess keen interest in image editing and design with knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Reader, Word and Excel software packages.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
