- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
- Shoud be able to lead real estate marketing team (s)
- Target existing housing societies, set the targets and enusre these targets are met
- Ability to close the deals
- Create and run marketing campaigns and paid advertisements on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Social Media Management (create creative and attractive posts)
- Design, implement, and monitor automated campaigns across email and web, and advise on how to optimize further Design and create product videos, 3D Model of different projects
- Basic search optimization knowledge, including keywords and hashtags
