Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all organizational operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory compliance.
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive business growth strategies that respond to market research and capital market trends.
- Ensure strict adherence to relevant regulatory frameworks, including those established by securities commissions, stock exchanges, and financial market authorities.
- Oversee the design and execution of risk management policies, including margin control and trading exposure, to safeguard company interests.
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate a multidisciplinary team of 20 personnel, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and strategic partners to enhance business opportunities and compliance readiness.
- Develop and enforce robust internal controls, compliance measures, and corporate governance standards to mitigate risks and ensure operational integrity.
- Supervise multiple departments including compliance, trading, finance, and operations to deliver seamless, compliant, and efficient services.
- Monitor industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to proactively adjust business policies and strategies.
- Promote leadership development within the team through targeted training programs and performance management practices aimed at strengthening organizational capabilities.
- Drive initiatives in business development, market research, and capital markets activities to expand the companys market presence and customer base.
- Ensure the company consistently meets all legal, financial, and corporate governance standards to maintain its reputation and license status.
